I picked this backpack up to use for both the gym and work, and overall it does the job. It has a solid look to it, not too flashy, which I like. I was kind of hoping it would feel a little better right away, but comfort has been a bit hit or miss for me.

The straps are fine once I mess with the adjustment, but when the bag is packed full, they start to feel stiff on my shoulders. Not terrible, just noticeable, especially if I’m walking longer than I planned, which somehow always happens when I’m carrying too much stuff. The back sits decently enough, but it’s not exactly what I’d call cushy.

For everyday use, the size and fit are good, and it stays in place without bouncing around a lot. I’ll keep using it because it works for my routine, and it looks nice enough. Still, for the price, I expected the carry to feel a little softer and more comfortable.

I only really paid attention to whether it could hold my gym stuff without turning into a huge bag, and it does the job. My shoes, clothes, towel, and a few extras fit fine, and it still doesn’t feel too bulky to carry around.

It’s not a bad product, the quality is okay and it works fine. I just expected a little more for the price. Feels like the disappointment was preventable if the value matched the cost better...

I’ve been using this bag for a bit now the pockets are the best part. There are maybe around 8 or 10 compartments, so my gym clothes, shoes, chargers, and work stuff aren’t all getting mixed together anymore. Makes packing for the day way easier

The site looks really clean and nice overall. It has a simple, polished feel to it, and I don’t know, it just gives a good first impression.....

I’ve been using my KNKG bag almost every day, and the zippers are still running smooth. I’m definitely not gentle with my stuff, so if anything was going to crack, snag, or get loose, I probably would’ve caused it by now. The buckles and clips still feel solid too. i’m happy with how well it’s held up.

Been two weeks. Still no package. Tracking barely moved

I bought a knkg bag and liked it at first, but after a few months the zipper started giving out. I’ve had gym bags from other brands last way longer with regular use, so this was frustrating.
I reached out to customer service with photos and my order info, thinking it would be straightforward. It took a long time to hear back, and when they did respond, they kept asking for details I had already sent, which made it feel like no one was really reading the messages.

The warranty sounded reassuring when I bought the bag, but when I actually needed help, it didn’t do much for me. I didn’t get a real solution or a replacement, so based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

I used this bag for just a few weeks before the stitching started coming loose, which was a fun little surprise. The zippers also feel cheap, so that really adds to the premium experience. For the price, I definitely expected it to hold up better than this.

The material felt a bit thinner and rougher than I was hoping for. It still worked fine, but after a few uses it already started to look a little worn. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more durable

The shoe storage works well. It keeps things separate, which I like. The wet gear pocket is handy too. But it gets a little tight once I add my gym clothes. It’s not bad. I just expected a bit more space.
